Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is curious about working with data, naturally analytical, proactive and highly detail-oriented, and who is keen to build strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside their technical development.

Role

As an Energy Billing Analyst Apprentice within our Energy Bureau, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. From validating utility invoices and meter readings to producing insightful portfolio-wide reports, your work will directly support accuracy, transparency and informed decision-making. You’ll also manage tenancy changes, resolve billing discrepancies and help ensure our internal systems remain precise and up to date.
