Helpdesk Administrator
A thriving company are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis . The Helpdesk Administrator role involves acting as first point of call via telephone or email, accurately updating the in-house database system and processing invoices.
- Salary: £14 P/H
- 9am - 5.30pm
- Office based
Helpdesk Administrator responsibilities:
- Provide reactive maintenance helpdesk service to clients across the UK
- Provide administrative support across a range of client facing tasks
- Raise and issue out reactive calls received via email and telephone
- Issue works and purchase orders out to engineers and sub-contractors
- Chase for relevant works updates and relay to clients accordingly
- Update internal and external client systems with relevant notes and job status updates
- Produce reports as and when required
- Manage own pool of brands
- Process contractor invoices
Helpdesk Administrator competencies:
- Previous experience/exposure to the facilities maintenance industry
- Previous experience within a high pressure environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
