I’m supporting an ambitious early-stage fintech business operating at the intersection of pensions, embedded finance and payments innovation in the search for a commercially driven CEO to lead its next phase of growth.

This is a genuine opportunity to shape and scale a differentiated proposition within a fast-evolving part of the financial services market, building strategic partnerships, driving commercial growth and helping position the business as a credible and scalable player within the retirement and payments ecosystem.

The role would suit someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can balance strategic vision with hands on delivery. You will need to be comfortable operating at pace, building investor confidence, driving revenue through partnerships and leading within a regulated fintech environment.

Key areas of focus include:

• Commercial growth and go-to-market strategy

• Fundraising and investor engagement

• Strategic partnerships and distribution

• Regulatory credibility and governance

• Building and leading a high-performing team

• Scaling a product-led fintech proposition

I’m particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience working with similar advisers, pensions or financial planning technology platforms and tools within a regulated financial services environment.

Previous founder, scale-up or growth-stage leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
