Finance Business Partner — London

Fast-growing, multi-disciplinary professional services group is building out its finance function — and wants a qualified accountant ready to step into commercial finance partnering, not just report on it.

You'll sit between finance and the operational business, owning project financials, driving margin insight, and leading a live finance systems migration end to end.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with operational leads on project performance, margin and commercial decision-making
• Own project financial analysis — variance, out-of-scope activity, additional charging opportunities
• Lead finance data validation, control and reconciliation through a systems migration, working across IT and finance teams
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and planning for your partnered business units
• Document migration controls and outcomes for audit and governance
• Champion continuous improvement across finance process and reporting

What you'll need

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
• Finance partnering experience within professional services
• Comfortable working hands-on with transactional finance when needed
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical rigour with high data volumes
• Excellent stakeholder management — you'll be the finance voice in the room

Systems migration experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office.
