Our client - a world-class technology leader operating across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas - is expanding its Global Performance & Incentives Projects team. They are looking for a passionate Reward professional who can bring expertise, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to some of the most important compensation initiatives in the business.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and enhancing global compensation frameworks - especially around pay equity, gender pay gap reporting , and EU Pay Transparency Directive (2026) readiness . You will partner with senior stakeholders, use data to tell meaningful stories, and help architect solutions that impact tens of thousands of employees across regions.
What You'll Work On
- Lead global gender pay gap reporting , from calculations to submissions and actionable insights.
- Support EU market preparation for the 2026 EU Pay Transparency Directive , shaping the systems and processes needed for compliance.
- Develop scalable SOPs, frameworks, and long-term reporting automation for a global tech environment.
- Run compensation and people data analyses to highlight trends, risks, and equity issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to integrate projects into the wider Total Rewards strategy.
- Partner closely with senior Compensation leadership on future-ready global initiatives.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 full cycles of hands-on gender pay gap reporting experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of EU pay transparency regulations and practical exposure to implementation or readiness projects.
- 3-8 years' experience in Reward, Compensation, in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong project management discipline and comfort working with global stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations.
- Curiosity, ambition, and a desire to grow into a larger global remit.
