We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead major transformation programmes within financial services organisations, helping modernise core functions through data platforms, cloud technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders, shape strategic initiatives, and deliver tangible outcomes across risk, compliance, finance, and operations.

🛠 What you’ll do:

• Lead technology and data transformation programmes within financial services organisations.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured delivery roadmaps and actionable workstreams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineers to deliver modern solutions.
• Shape and deliver initiatives involving cloud platforms, automation, and AI-driven tooling.
• Apply product thinking, including MVP definition, roadmapping, and iterative delivery approaches.
• Oversee implementation of data platforms, workflow tools, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to building internal capabilities and transformation frameworks.
• Support client growth through relationship building and contributing to proposals and new opportunities.

🏆 What we’re looking for:

• 10–15 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong experience delivering change across risk, compliance, finance, or operational functions.
• Background in consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Excellent structured problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused or product-driven environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and shape new opportunities.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience delivering data platforms, automation solutions, or digital tooling.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business environments.
• Exposure to product-led delivery approaches or startup environments.
• MBA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
