leAs Technical Implementation Lead, you will take ownership of customer onboarding and deployment activities, ensuring customers can successfully implement and scale the company's technology within their production environment

You will act as the bridge between customers, software teams, product specialists, and manufacturing operations, helping translate customer requirements into practical implementation plans and successful outcom

Alongside supporting customer deployments, you will define and improve onboarding processes, create repeatable frameworks, and help establish a scalable implementation function as the company continues to g
