12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Salary £30,000 to £32,000 dependent upon experience

Our client is a SaaS provider of innovative digital payment solutions designed to streamline business processes. They are now seeking a highly motivated Delivery Coordinator / Manager to join a fast-paced dynamic office.

The Delivery Coordinator / Manager will manage projects from start to go-live working closely with the team including in-house consultants and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Essential Candidate Skills & Experience

• Past experience in a Project Support / delivery or junior project management role
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with all departments
• Work towards deadlines and highly organised
• Confident and comfortable in a customer facing role
• Experience of conducting client facing meetings on MS Teams
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
• Proactive, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can do’ positive attitude

Desirable

• Experience working in SaaS or tech desirable but not essential
• Previous client facing role
• Familiarity with onboarding or implementation process

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new and future projects
• Organise and host projects calls with clients
• Liaise with the technical team who will handle the complex elements
• Drive projects forward to ensure clients remain updated and moving forwards
• Coordinate with stakeholders on timescales and deadlines
• Ensure all project documents are reports are kept updated
