Our Analytics team is growing, and we have multiple Analyst roles available across Routing Efficiency, Network Planning, Labour Planning, and Data/Reporting development. These roles are at the heart of our operations, helping shape how we plan, move, and deliver.

What you'll do:

• Extract, analyse, and visualise data to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve efficiency and KPIs.
• Collaborate across Logistics, Finance, Technology, and partner teams.
• Build tools, dashboards, and reports to power data-driven decision-making.

We're looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency (SQL, VBA, or similar).
• Experience with BI tools and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
