Hybrid - Belfast Ocho People are delighted to be partnering with our client on their search for a Business Applications Integration Analyst to join their expanding team. The Role This is a great opportunity for a technically-minded professional to take ownership of business application support and system integration across a busy, multi-system environment. The role spans 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support - from resolving day-to-day technical issues through to building out application enhancements and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI-driven technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to design and maintain integrations between core systems, ensuring data flows securely and reliably via APIs, file transfers, and other integration methods. Beyond support, you'll play a key role in driving process improvement - automating manual work, boosting operational efficiency, and helping maintain critical systems across ERP, WMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Reporting. This role suits someone with a strong mix of technical support, integration, and SQL expertise, paired with excellent problem-solving ability and confident stakeholder engagement. What You'll Be Doing Owning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for business-critical applications - including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation Building out and improving business applications in line with evolving operational needs Designing, building, and maintaining system integrations via APIs, file transfers, EDI, and web services Creating automation solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI tools to streamline manual processes Keeping system documentation current and working closely with users, vendors, and internal stakeholders Supporting and improving core business platforms, including ERP, WMS, LIMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Reporting What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in application support, incident management, and root cause analysis A track record of designing and supporting system integrations (APIs, file transfers, EDI, web services) Confident SQL skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience supporting ERP, WMS, LIMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, or Logistics systems Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools Background in a manufacturing or logistics-focused business Skills: sql erp Benefits: Work From Home
