About the role

Our client builds specialist regulatory and tax reporting solutions for enterprise clients across banking, legal, construction, and manufacturing. This is a newly shaped senior role sitting at the heart of their Belfast-based Client Delivery team, bridging implementation and customer success.

You will own client engagements end to end, from signed contract through build and delivery, before transitioning accounts into ongoing support. Working across three to four concurrent projects, you will serve as the primary delivery contact for external stakeholders while holding the technical capability to shape, build, and improve the solutions yourself.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor position. The team is small (five people total, four based in Belfast), which means your influence on delivery standards, ways of working, and technical quality will be felt immediately.

What you will be doing

• Taking clients from contract signature through full implementation, managing scope and delivery milestones across multiple concurrent engagements
• Gathering and translating complex client data requirements into well-structured, maintainable data models and reporting solutions
• Working hands-on with client datasets using SQL, Power BI, and data modelling techniques to build and configure customised outputs
• Managing external stakeholder relationships, including resistant or change-averse contacts, with strong commercial and emotional intelligence
• Elevating delivery standards across the team, bringing best practice from enterprise environments and ensuring consistency and maintainability in all outputs
• Collaborating remotely with clients and internally with a close-knit Belfast team, with very limited travel required

What we are looking for

• Proven track record delivering client-facing technical solutions, ideally in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, professional services, or an advanced technical support environment
• Hands-on experience working directly through client datasets, personally gathering requirements, asking the right data questions, and building or shaping the resulting data models
• Strong understanding of scope management and the ability to balance delivery deadlines with excellent customer service across multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrable experience working with external enterprise stakeholders, including those resistant to change or wary of automation
• The ability to independently improve delivery standards rather than learn from others; this role requires someone who raises the bar
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills; able to navigate the nuance of person-to-person engagement within a B2B environment

The team and environment

• Small, collaborative team of five, with four based in Belfast and a preference for a Belfast-based hire for this role
• Hybrid working with three days per week onsite in Belfast
• The majority of client interaction is conducted remotely, with very limited travel
• High-autonomy environment where senior experience and influence matters more than people management
