The Role A hands-on Data Analyst position supporting employment-related analytics projects spanning pay equity, regulatory compliance and litigation exposure modelling. You will structure and prepare raw data, build visualisations and dashboards, and work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outputs. This role suits someone with a strong quantitative background, a keen eye for detail and a self-starter mentality eager to develop across a broad range of analytical tools. Key Responsibilities Perform analyses across employment-related projects including pay equity, reduction-in-force, regulatory compliance and litigation exposure modelling Structure and prepare raw, complex datasets to ensure data integrity and readiness for statistical analysis Build visualisations and dashboards to communicate insights using Excel and Power BI Maintain and document analytical processes to ensure consistency and quality across work products Verify and refine outputs to deliver accurate results to agreed timelines Work collaboratively with senior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement What You'll Need Essential: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience At least one year of experience as a Data Analyst within a large organisation, or a Master's degree in a quantitative field Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office suite Strong problem-solving ability with a self-starter mentality and keen attention to detail UK work authorisation Desirable: Experience in employment litigation analytics including pay equity or regulatory compliance Experience with R, Power BI or another data visualisation platform Experience querying databases or a strong interest in developing this skill Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira Why Apply?
