About the Comp
anyA Boston-based financial intelligence platform redefining how profit is modelled and understood. Rather than layering on more reporting, they've built an ontology-driven intelligence layer that transforms fragmented ERP, CRM, and HR data into a unified, structured picture of profit, cost distortion, and operational performance. Early-stage, well-funded, and building something with genuine intellectual dep
th.
The
RoleThis isn't an analytics role. You'll be working directly on the models that underpin the platform — deconstructing messy, real-world enterprise data, designing profit intelligence frameworks, and applying AI to infer relationships and generate explainable financial insights. You'll collaborate closely with engineering to push models into production, and contribute to the evolution of a proprietary financial ontology that sits at the core of the prod
uct.
If you're comfortable with ambiguity, think in systems rather than outputs, and want your work to actually shape a product — this is worth a conversa
tion.
