Our client, a leading SaaS organisation in supply chain & warehouse technology, is hiring a Senior WMS Implementation Consultant to deliver enterprise-scale warehouse transformations for global customers.
This is a hands-on role, not a desk-based PM position. You’ll be configuring systems, solving real operational problems, and supporting live warehouse go-lives on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end WMS implementations (design → config → go-live → hypercare)
- Run workshops and translate warehouse operations into system solutions
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot WMS & labour management systems
- Support UAT, integrations, and real-time issue resolution
- Work on-site in distribution centres, including go-live cutovers
- Partner with warehouse teams across receiving, picking, packing & dispatch
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years WMS implementation experience (multiple go-lives essential)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & processes
- Experience working in live warehouse environments
- Hands-on with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Solid SQL + integrations understanding
- Exposure to RF, voice picking, or warehouse automation

- You’re purely a Project Manager / Change Manager / BA
- You haven’t worked on warehouse systems or go-lives
- You’re not comfortable working on-site or during cutovers
