A ~50-person, highly experienced, remote-first team with co-working hubs in Belfast and London, currently scaling. Role Overview This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer to join a growing Quality Assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software across a range of client projects. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and DevOps to verify functionality, validate integrations, and maintain quality standards across complex system landscapes - ideal for someone who thrives on understanding how systems interact end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Create structured manual test cases from business requirements and user stories Execute functional, UI, integration, and regression testing Validate new features and bug fixes against acceptance criteria Conduct end-to-end integration testing across multi-component systems Test APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations Identify, document, and collaborate on resolving integration issues Contribute quality-focused insights within sprint ceremonies Provide clear feedback on release readiness and quality risk What You'll Need Essential: 8-10+ years' manual testing experience, with strong integration testing across complex, multi-component systems Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, Jira, and BrowserStack Desirable: Experience in e-commerce or similarly dynamic environments ISTQB or similar certification, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Benefits & Package Competitive salary, £50,000-£75,000 DOE Share options under HMRC-approved EMI scheme Remote-first, with access to Belfast and UK co-working spaces 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension matched up to 8% Bupa private healthcare and health assessments Specsavers corporate eye care Training and professional development budget *Candidates must be based in Northern Ireland* Interested?
