The Role

Based in London, you'll be a true hunter — responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a high-impact individual contributor role in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, where your results will be visible and your growth will follow.

What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business through cold outreach — calls, emails, and social — to book demos with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and align their needs to the right solution.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients beyond the initial sale.
  • Negotiate and close deals at pace, with confidence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to streamline the customer experience.
  • Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised pipeline in CRM.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven cold-calling experience and a track record of generating your own pipeline.
  • Full cycle sales experience — from prospecting to close.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English — clear, confident communication is essential.
  • Resilience, drive, and the ability to bounce back and keep moving.
  • A sharp commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A collaborative team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand in hand.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
