Ocho People is proud to be partnering with our client in the search for a Full Cycle Account Executive. Our client is a fast-growing technology company operating in the Hospitality sector, and this is an opportunity for a driven sales professional to own new business development.
The Role
Based in London, you'll be a true hunter — responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a high-impact individual contributor role in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, where your results will be visible and your growth will follow.
What You'll Do
- Hunt for new business through cold outreach — calls, emails, and social — to book demos with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and align their needs to the right solution.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients beyond the initial sale.
- Negotiate and close deals at pace, with confidence.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to streamline the customer experience.
- Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised pipeline in CRM.
- Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
What We're Looking For
- Proven cold-calling experience and a track record of generating your own pipeline.
- Full cycle sales experience — from prospecting to close.
- Fluency in Dutch and English — clear, confident communication is essential.
- Resilience, drive, and the ability to bounce back and keep moving.
- A sharp commercial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A collaborative team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand in hand.
