Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, with full commercial responsibility for renewals and expansion.
  • Lead complex, high-value negotiations including multi-year and enterprise-level agreements.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored account strategies aligned to customer objectives and commercial value drivers.
  • Proactively identify renewal risk and intervene early to protect and strengthen relationships.
  • Mentor the Customer Success team and contribute to best-practice playbooks and account frameworks.

  • 10+ years in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Account roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals and expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex, enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience managing C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across large accounts.
  • Background mentoring team members and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Nice to Have

  • Background in learning, talent development, or professional services.
  • Sector experience in financial services, insurance, or technology.

Why Apply?

  • Full commercial ownership with genuine strategic influence.
  • High-profile enterprise portfolio across global organisations.
