Ocho People are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing cloud security company in the search for their 1st EMEA Technical Account Manager.

The Role:

You’ll build strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving adoption, and delivering long-term value. Acting as the main technical contact, you’ll guide deployments, support customers, and help shape their ongoing success with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers post-sale alongside the sales team
• Lead onboarding and technical deployment
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues
• Build relationships and drive adoption of new features
• Support renewals and expansion opportunities
• Share customer feedback internally and influence product direction

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (e.g. Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture)
• Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, or cybersecurity
• Confident managing technical deployments and customer relationships
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business needs
• Cloud or security certifications are a plus
