Business Development Manager
We’re supporting a specialist engineering business operating in the network performance and synchronisation testing space, providing advanced solutions used by global telecom operators, network equipment manufacturers, and data centre environments.
Their technology is used to validate the performance, timing, and reliability of complex modern networks—including applications within 5G, cloud infrastructure, and high-speed data systems.
The Role
As Business Development Manager for EMEA, you will act as the key commercial and technical interface across multiple territories, working closely with channel partners, distributors, and end customers.
This is a highly consultative, technical sales role where you will:
- Drive new business growth across EMEA regions
- Develop and manage channel/partner relationships
- Support technical evaluations, demos, and customer trials
- Engage with engineering-led stakeholders across customer organisations
- Gather market intelligence and feed back into product and commercial strategy
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Significant international travel is expected.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales or business development
- Background in telecoms, networking, test & measurement, or related hardware industries
- Strong experience working within channel/partner-led sales models
- Ability to engage confidently with engineering and technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth across complex sales cycles
- Engineering or technical qualification preferred but not essential
