Lead FPGA Engineer – DSP / SDR

We’re working with an innovative UK technology company developing advanced RF and signal processing systems, and they’re looking to hire an ambitious FPGA Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll take ownership of real-world, high-performance designs. You’ll be working closely with hardware and systems teams to develop and optimise FPGA-based solutions within cutting-edge RF platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with FPGA design (VHDL / Verilog)
• Exposure to DSP implementation
• Experience with Xilinx RFSoC and/or Software Defined Radio (SDR)
• Confident taking ownership of problems from concept through to implementation
• A proactive, self-starting mindset - someone who sees issues and fixes them

This is a full-time, onsite position in Bristol, working within a collaborative engineering environment where speed, quality and technical curiosity are valued.
