Ampthill, Bedfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Octagon Group, supporting clients across technology and engineering markets in the UK, Europe, and the U.S.
This is a permanent, full-time role managing a 360 recruitment desk , working closely with innovative engineering-led businesses and placing high-value permanent talent. Located in Ampthill, Bedfordshire - we're commutable from Luton, Flitwick, Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
What we’re looking for
Recruitment isn’t about buzzwords. It’s about discipline, consistency, communication, and a genuine desire to improve. Recruitment experience helps - but it’s not essential . We care far more about attitude, work ethic, and potential.
