Senior FPGA Engineer – DSP / SDR

📍 Bristol based - Hybrid working

💰 up to £110,00 + Equity + Profit-Related Bonus + Private Medical & Dental

Unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech team based in Bristol. Seeking an FPGA Engineer with potential leadership capabilities

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with FPGA design (VHDL / Verilog)
• Exposure to DSP implementation
• Experience with Xilinx RFSoC and/or Software Defined Radio (SDR)
• Confident taking ownership of problems from concept through to implementation
• A proactive, self-starting mindset - someone who sees issues and fixes them

This is a full-time, onsite position in Bristol, working within a collaborative engineering environment where speed, quality and technical curiosity are valued.
