About the Role
My client is looking for a contractor to joing their Quality of Customer Experience (QCX) team as a **Campaign Coordinator** supporting
acceptance testing initiatives across their global payments network. Work with third-party
vendor who will carry out the testing and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences at physical
and digital points-of-sale.

## ✨ What You'll Do

### Campaign Management (Day-to-Day)
- 🎯 Coordinate and manage testing validation campaigns with external vendors
- 📋 Handle campaign intake, design, execution, and reporting
- 🤝 Serve as primary liaison with third-party testing vendor
- 📊 Create post-campaign summaries and actionable recommendations

### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 🔄 Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams
- 💬 Communicate campaign updates and results across stakeholders
- 🎪 Consult on campaign development and provide strategic guidance

### Continuous Improvement
- 📈 Drive process improvements for testing campaigns
- 🔍 Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities
- 🏆 Champion quality-first mindset across payment operations

### Required Experience (3-4 Years)
