Gen AI Technical Lead - Manchester - 11 months +/RATE:£371 per day inside IR35

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Gen-AI Technical Lead (Generative AI)

For this role you will need to be onsite in Manchester 4-5 days per week.

Role Description:

Gen-AI Practitioner: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data science or engineering, with strong delivery across Gen-AI workflows (RAG, prompt engineering, open-source LLMs, LangChain, etc.).
EMEA Project Leadership: Drives AI projects in operational areas like Corporate Trust and International AI Champions, with the ability to localize impact and scale globally.
Technical Collaboration: Strong cross-functional engagement across EMEA internal teams, partnering closely with engineering, ops, and product; adept at navigating enterprise AI stack constraints.
Stakeholder Management: Confident interfacing with senior leaders, translating complex AI concepts into business-aligned outcomes; acts as a visible, trusted voice in high-stakes conversations.
Team Uplift & Scaling: Acts as the lead for Gen-AI initiatives, mentoring analysts, driving adoption, and leading initiatives with visibility into global AI4OPS strategy.
