Overview:
\n We are seeking an experienced Pega engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of Pega-based solutions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on Pega development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to work within secure and regulated environments.
\n Key Responsibilities:
\n - Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
\n - Design, build, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
\n - Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
\n - Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
\n - Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.
\n Essential Requirements (Must Have)
\n - Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience working with Pega technology at a developer level.
\n - Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, and messaging-based solutions.
\n - PCSSA (Pega Certified System Architect) certification as a minimum.
\n - Available to start immediately.
\n Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)
\n - 4+ years' experience working with Pega technologies.
\n - PCLSA Part 1 certification.
\n - Experience delivering projects within UK Government departments or agencies.
\n - Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
\n - Additional Pega certifications.
\n Skills & Competencies
\n - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
\n - Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
\n - Strong understanding of solution design, application architecture, and development best practices.
