SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (UK & Canadian Payroll) - Remote - 10 months+/RATE: £566 per day onside IR35

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (UK & Canadian Payroll).

Hybrid (90% is ok, expected minimum client office visit is needed to Derby but team is 100% remote)

Description and Location

You will be:
SC Cleared and hold BPSS
An experienced SAP HCM consultant who has gained experience from working through multiple project life cycles and in Live Support environments

SAP Payroll configuration and support experience.

Strong knowledge of both UK and Canadian payroll processes.

Detailed understanding of Canadian federal and provincial tax legislation, payroll compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

Working knowledge of UK & Canadian payroll legislation, statutory payments, deductions, and compliance obligations.

A team player with strong functional HCM knowledge (in Payroll, Personnel Admin., Time Mgmt., and Country Legal Changes) and broader technical awareness (in things such as Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.)
Innovative and open minded in your thinking with a passion for change and dynamic working in a team providing a first-class service to our client
Must have UK/Canadian Payroll experience in current project good knowledge in end-to-end Payroll processing and Year end processing

Expertise in writing Payroll PCR SCHEMA is a must. Good knowledge on interfaces to Third Party vendors. Ability to work independently and provide reliable solutions to customers. Other country Payroll experience would be an added advantage. Very good written verbal communication skills.
