SuccessFactors Tester - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Preston and remote - 2 months+/RATE: £656 per day inside IR35

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SuccessFactors Tester.

Clearance required: BPSS + SC Transfer (7 weeks) or BPSS + New SC (15 weeks)

Nationality requirement: UK Passport Holder

Location: Preston UK (3 days at the office)

Key Responsibilities
Support execution of GSF activities for required third party integrations, working closely with GSF functional, test and integration teams
Coordinate and execute GSF test steps required within end-to-end business scenarios
Support test data preparation and validation in GSF required for SIT execution
Validate GSF configuration/data readiness ahead of planned test execution
Support investigation and triage of defects where a potential GSF issue or dependency is identified
Coordinate with GSF functional SMEs to progress defect analysis and resolution where specialist input is required
Retest GSF related defects and support confirmation of successful resolution
Track GSF test activities, issues, dependencies and blockers and provide clear status updates to the GSF Test Manager
Support coordination across integration activities to ensure GSF activities are completed in line with requirements and the integrated test schedule
Maintain appropriate test evidence and ensure GSF execution/results are recorded in the agreed test management tooling

Skills/Experience
Experience of SAP SuccessFactors testing, ideally across Employee Central, Time Off and/or Recruitment & Onboarding
Experience supporting SIT end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems
Good understanding of test execution, defect management, retesting and test evidence
Ability to coordinate across functional and integration teams and independently drive assigned testing activities
Strong communication and analysis skills
