Location: Telford - but location is flexible

Description:

• User Researcher - Government Gateway (supporting all teams).
• We are looking for a User Researcher to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.

Core Purpose and Responsibilities

• Evidencing User Needs: Plan and run interviews, usability tests, and surveys to ensure public services put citizens and businesses first.
• Informing Design: Share insights with policy makers, product managers, designers and engineers to shape accessible services.
• Advocating Inclusion: Guide teams to design inclusive services that work for diverse groups of people.
