Oculus is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing organisation in the East Midlands to recruit a forward-thinking IT Operations Manager. This is a rare opportunity to lead technology transformation at scale - blending infrastructure, innovation, and leadership in one powerful role.

What You'll Be Driving

• Strategic delivery of IT operations aligned and continuous development of the technology
• Leadership that encourages continuous development and learning
• Hands-on support across systems, networks, and services
• Risk management, compliance, and process optimisation
• Vendor management and building relationships
• Collaboration with wider teachnical teams

Key Skills

• Hybrid infrastructure: cloud (azure) and on-prem environments (VM)
• M365
• Server virtualisation, SQL, Active Directory, PowerShell
• Cybersecurity frameworks including Cyber Essentials Plus
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Experience of working to ISO27001 standards

Location: East Midlands (on-site presence required)
