AV installation Engineer

ODIN Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced AV Installation Engineers for a large-scale construction project in London. This role involves the installation, configuration, and commissioning of audio-visual systems as part of a major infrastructure rollout.

Scope of Work:

• Installation, mounting, and wiring of AV equipment (displays, projectors, speakers, control systems, etc.)

• Running, terminating, and testing of AV cabling (HDMI, Cat6, fibre, audio cabling)

• Rack building, equipment setup, and basic programming/configuration

• Working in a busy construction site environment alongside other trades

• Ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to site safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in AV installation on commercial or large-scale projects

• Valid ECS or CSCS card

• IPAF certified

• Ability to read and work from AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Must be able to provide 2 recent references from relevant AV installation work

Working Hours & Duration:

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime may be available depending on project demands
