Data Cabling Installer

ODIN Recruitment are currently seeking an Experienced Structured Cabling Engineer to support a key project based in St. Ives (Peterborough). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional and established team on a high-profile installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, termination, and testing of copper and fibre cabling

• Working from floor plans and schematics

• Installing containment (trunking, conduit, tray, basket)

• Rack and cabinet installation

• Troubleshooting and resolving cabling issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in structured cabling projects

• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional and customer-facing manner

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

Certifications & Documentation Required:

• ECS or CSCS Card

• Working at Heights

• Manual Handling

• Asbestos Awareness

• First Aid Training (we can advise if renewal is needed)

• DBS check dated within the last 2 years
