Business Development Executive

Responsibilities 

  1. Help grow sales of the IT Services portfolio
  2. Cross / Upsell into those customers
  3. Win net new logo customers
  4. Achieve set targets
  5. Input to business planning and marketing campaigns
  6. Design corporate presentations and proposal templates
  7. Write tender responses
  8. Help maintain existing contracts and relationships
  9. Embrace core values along with change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment.
  10. Play a key role in the business unit achieving agreed goals and growth plans

Essential:

  1. Reliable, responsible, well organised self-starter
  2. An eye for uncovering opportunities not directly related to opportunities already expose by the client
  3. Able to master new technologies quickly and effectively
  4. Excellent presentation skills
  5. Excellent proposal writing skills
  6. Good interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to continue good relationships with Engineering team
  8. Proficient ICT skills
  9. An understanding of:
  • IT Infrastructure Cloud and On Premise
  • Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Technologies
  • LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi Networks
  • Security Solutions
  • Backup / Disaster Recovery
  • Telephony Solutions

Desirable:

  1. Excellent understanding of the Enterprise marketplace and solutions
  2. Commercially aware with focus on competitor activity and products
  3. Experience of working in an MSP
  4. Clean Driving Licence
