The company: We're recruiting for a leading organisation, specialising in top brands and products who have key relationships with retailers across the UK and Europe.
The team: You'll be working in very modern offices, as part of a company of 60+. They work extremely hard but you can also take part in social events and team trips, fostering a fun and engaging workplace culture!
The role: As a Business Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our clients operations, administering IT parts to create a "bill of works" for their configuration department. Using the internal database, you'll ensure all processes are completed with precision and efficiency. The role also involves physical lifting and moving of IT components, so a good level of fitness and strength is essential.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £28,089 with company profit related and Christmas annual bonuses.
Your key responsibilities would be to:
- Process and manage IT parts using the company's internal database to prepare accurate "bill of works" for the configuration team.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving IT hardware as needed.
- Collaborate with the configuration department and warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational efficiency.
You'll be the perfect candidate for this role if you have:
- Previous Administration experience in an office
- Excellent attention to detail with a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- The ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving IT hardware.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively in a busy setting.
