Customer Service Administrator - Bromley, Hybrid

Are you a multitasking maestro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a dynamic organisation in the Information Technology & Telecommunications sector, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Bromley.
Location: Central Bromley Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Commute: Just a 5-minute walk from Bromley South train station!
What You'll Do: As a vital part of our team, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your daily tasks will include:
- Invoicing Daily Orders: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customer orders.
- Order Tracking: Monitor daily orders and efficiently obtain Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Order Processing: Promptly process orders via email, customer portals, and Teams using Sage.
- Back Order Management: Keep customers informed about unfulfilled orders.
- Cash Payments Processing: Handle cash payments seamlessly through online Sage Pay.
- Daily Reporting: Send daily shipping reports to corporate customers.
- Email Management: Oversee two busy email addresses, ensuring prompt responses.
- Lost Parcels Investigation: Investigate lost parcels and liaise with couriers until resolution.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our busy Sales Team, accommodating their unique requirements.
- Account Setup: Set up new customer accounts and perform necessary security checks.
- Spreadsheet Updates: Update spreadsheets for Accounts regarding cash and factored payments.
- Liaison with Logistics: Maintain close communication with the Logistics Team for timely despatch of daily orders.
