Role Overview: As the HubSpot CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer engagement and driving CRM adoption across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Your expertise will be key in supporting data-driven decision-making and aligning our CRM strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Ownership:
- Own and evolve the HubSpot CRM strategy to align with business objectives.- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot across departments and systems.
System Management & optimisation:
- Configure and maintain HubSpot modules (Sales, Marketing, Service).- Implement automation work-flows, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.- Manage third-party integrations and troubleshoot system issues.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain data integrity and hygiene across the CRM.- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.- Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM analytics.
User Enablement & Support:
- Deliver training and on-boarding for new users.- Act as the go-to expert for HubSpot queries and best practises.- Create documentation and guides to support user adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimise processes.- Support campaign execution and lead management strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within HubSpot.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
