What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look the same - expect a mix of commercial focus, customer care, and hands on delivery:
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts Building trusted, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities Preparing accurate quotes and proposals Processing orders end to end - you'll own the full journey Updating clients on new products, services, and technical developments Re-engaging old or dormant clients Keeping CRM data spotless and pipelines on track Working closely with technical, service, and operations teams Handling queries quickly, accurately, and with a solutions-first mindset
What You'll Bring
You'll thrive here if you're proactive, commercially sharp, and genuinely enjoy building relationships. You should have:
Experience in internal sales, account management or customer management Technical confidence - comfortable discussing IT/technical products A proven track record of growing accounts or hitting revenue targets Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail CRM/ERP experience (Power BI knowledge = big bonus!) A fast-paced, hands-on working style
