Product Manager - Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: £35,000 Contract: Full-time, Hybrid Working Direct Reports: 2 team members

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the development, performance, and strategic direction of our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both strategically and hands-on, with responsibility for line managing a small team and overseeing product budgets.

Working in a hybrid model (split between home and our Fleet, Hants office), you will drive product success from concept to delivery while ensuring commercial viability and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Develop, manage, and refine the product roadmap in line with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
Team Leadership
  • Line-manage and coach two members of the product team, supporting their development and performance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and create a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Oversee product budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and effective cost control.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Product Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from concept and specification through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activity to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Gather and act on customer and stakeholder feedback to improve product offerings.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a Product Management role (or similar).
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets.
  • Previous line management or mentorship experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify insights, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
