9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - office based

Our client, a well-respected training organisation, is seeking a dynamic Quality and Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance while supporting the operational excellence of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality and Compliance Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Documentation and Policy Management:

- Administering and maintaining company documentation, policies and operational records.
- Ensuring all documents are accurate, current and securely stored.
- Coordinating updates with senior leaders and maintaining records of policy reviews.

Digital Apprenticeship Service Management:

- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Digital Apprenticeship Service.
- Ensuring accurate records for apprentices, employers and programmes are maintained.
- Monitoring apprenticeship agreements and resolving discrepancies.

Management Information System Oversight:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the Management Information System.
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Generating management, quality and compliance reports.

Audit and Compliance Support:

- Assisting with internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations and escalating concerns as needed.

Communication and Relationship Management:

- Engaging professionally with apprentices, employers and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate records of communications.

The ideal candidate will exhibit:

Strong Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail to maintain accurate and compliant records.

Professional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders.

Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can identify issues and drive solutions effectively.

You must have experience of managing compliance processes and taking ownership of these. Experience of putting new processes in place would be advantageous.
