Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Technical Administrator to support our technical teams with coordination, documentation, data management, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Coordination
  • Assist technical teams with scheduling, resource coordination, and project administration.
  • Prepare documentation such as technical reports, proposals, compliance forms, and manuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical data, service logs, system updates, and project notes.
Data & Systems Administration
  • Update internal databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and summaries for technical managers and stakeholders.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of digital filing systems and shared workspaces.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, providing updates and resolving issues where possible.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure workflows remain on track.
  • Prepare and deliver client documentation such as certificates, test results, and service summaries.
General Administrative Duties
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions.
  • Support procurement, including raising purchase orders and tracking equipment.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, audits, and quality assurance processes.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a technical, engineering, IT, or operations administrative role (desirable).
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information (training provided if needed).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload independently.
