Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm

Salary: Up to £60k - office based

Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the Tech Industry seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-performing technical team and oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team
• Oversee delivery of projects and operational activities
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Support strategic planning and team development initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in technical or professional services environments
• Must have experience and a key interest in People Management as well as the commercial aspect of the role
• Proven experience in leading Projects and Project Management
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support business growth
