Join Our Team as a Part-Time Office Manager!

Are you an organised, communicative individual looking for a flexible role in a vibrant environment? Our client, a dynamic software and technology organisation based in Holborn, Central London, is on the lookout for a Part-Time Office Manager to join their growing team! This ongoing temporary position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a busy office setting.

Location: Holborn, Central London Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Holborn train station, you'll find it easy to get to work and enjoy all that this lively area has to offer!

Contract Type: Temporary Schedule: One day a week, we'd love for you to come in the same day each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Upkeep: Oversee the general office environment to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • Access Management: Manage and issue key fobs/access cards to staff, tracking and preparing new fobs as needed.
  • Supplies Monitoring: Monitor and replenish office supplies like coffee, tea, snacks, stationery, and cleaning items.
  • Delivery Handling: Organise incoming deliveries, including logging, unboxing Amazon packages, and notifying team members.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure kitchen and communal areas are stocked, clean, and presentable for all team members.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks related to office operations to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Someone who acts like an owner and takes pride in the office environment.
  • Experience in office management or similar roles is a plus!
