Temporary Certification Operations Associate

They are a tech-driven training and apprenticeship provider that focuses on creating alternative career pathways and helping organisations close digital and technical skills gaps.

They are recruiting for 2 candidates who will manage the administrative and operational processes behind the company's certification accreditation programs, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and workflows are completed accurately and on time. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external candidates or partners to maintain smooth certification cycles, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards.

Role: Temporary Certification Operations Associate

Location: Paddington

Pay: £15 p/h

Start Date: Wednesday 25 March 2026

Duration: 3 weeks - possible extension

Role: Hyrbrid - Thursday & Friday are in the office, plus 1 other day

What You'll Do:

As a Certification Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting learners through their certification process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence: Execute a wide range of tasks that enable learners to successfully complete their programs. You will work efficiently to process and review apprentice end-point assessment materials, ensuring timely submissions to awarding organizations.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit and quality-assure data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. You'll provide a single source of truth for learners and stakeholders alike.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues that arise with learners and employers. Take ownership of problems and communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with internal teams, including Delivery and Learner Enablement, as well as external assessment partners. Your role will ensure that cross-functional activities are well-planned, communicated, and coordinated for a seamless experience for apprentices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to operational processes and ways of working. Your insights will help the team become more productive and deliver exceptional service to learners and stakeholders.
  • Support Special Projects: Assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc reports, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.
