This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the chance to build technology that genuinely makes a difference.
The Role
As a senior engineer, you’ll be hands-on with development while also influencing architecture, technical direction and best practices. You’ll work closely with product and leadership teams, helping turn ambitious ideas into reliable, production-ready systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building scalable solutions using C# / .NET
- Owning technical decisions and contributing to system architecture
- Leading by example through clean code, reviews and mentoring
- Collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
- Improving performance, reliability and security across the platform
- Helping shape engineering standards and ways of working
What They’re Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET
- Experience designing and maintaining production systems
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases and distributed systems
- Confidence mentoring junior developers and influencing best practice
- Strong communication skills in a remote setup
- Alignment with the mission of a purpose-led business
Nice to Have
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Microservices or event-driven architecture
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Exposure to frontend technologies or DevOps practices
