Forward Deployed Engineer required for well backed, fast paced, early-stage AI start-up in London to build and deliver systems for customers that provide value from day one. You won't just write code, you'll work directly with users, influence product direction, and shape the culture of a fast-moving AI company from the earliest days.

You are an exceptional, language agnostic engineer with strong communication skills who thrives in customer-facing environments.

About you:

• 1-5 years of Software Development in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, Rust or C++
• Comfortable working across the stack
• Exceptional communication skills
• Customer-obsessed: you enjoy being in the room, asking questions, and solving real-world problems
• Excel where speed and ownership matter
• In office by default

You will:

• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders, from engineers to executives
• Build and maintain systems that power mission-critical workflows and enable fast, reliable onboarding
• Deliver accurate analytics and actionable insights to customers and internal teams
• Drive continuous platform improvements based on real customer feedback
