Founding Engineer – AI Startup (Onsite)

You’ll work alongside an exceptional founding team (ex–Bulb & Zoa ) who’ve identified a massive opportunity at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and automation . The product already has early traction and a clear path to scale — now we need a world-class builder to make it real.

As a Founding Engineer , you’ll:

• Take full ownership across the stack — from model training and backend architecture to deployment and performance.
• Work directly with the founders to influence product direction and technical strategy.
• Build fast, ship often, and iterate with real users.
• Help shape the engineering culture, processes, and best practices from the ground up.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling software systems (Python, TypeScript, C++ or similar).
• Strong fundamentals in systems, AI/ML, or distributed backend architecture.
• A true builder’s mindset — you care more about impact than job titles.
• A desire to work on hard problems with people who care deeply about doing things right.
