Founding Engineer | High-Growth Cyber Security Start-Up

Join a well-funded security venture building next-generation protection for modern enterprises. We’re assembling a lean, senior engineering team to tackle complex threats at scale—and this is your chance to shape both the product and the culture from day one.

You’ll work across the full stack of our platform (currently C# at the core, but we’re language-agnostic and value strong engineering fundamentals above all). Expect deep technical challenges, autonomy, and the opportunity to build systems that have real-world impact.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build core platform features from the ground up
• Partner directly with the founders on architecture, product direction, and technical strategy
• Drive high-quality engineering practices in a fast-moving environment
• Help set the engineering culture and standards as we scale

What we’re looking for:

• Strong software engineering background in any modern language
• Experience with distributed systems, security tooling, or performance-critical applications
• Appetite for ownership and solving hard problems in ambiguous spaces
• Startup mindset: proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable moving quickly
