What They Are Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a closely related discipline from a Russell Group or equivalent university
• A strong passion for digital hardware design and low-level systems
• Some experience or exposure to ASIC/FPGA development and computer architecture
• A basic understanding of networking protocols is a nice-to-have
