A high-growth financial technology firm is seeking a Product Owner with strong trading product expertise to drive the evolution of a multi-asset execution platform. This role suits someone who understands complex financial instruments and can lead delivery across varied engineering setups.
Role Overview
You’ll steer the roadmap for a cross-asset trading platform, defining requirements for CFDs, spread betting, sports betting, direct trading, and investment products .
You’ll partner closely with Engineering Leads to refine APIs, manage releases, structure sprints, and ensure rapid, high-quality delivery across remote, hybrid, in-house, and outsourced teams .
Clear documentation, strong prioritisation, and tight control of platform integrity will be central to your work.
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Product Owner in a finance or trading environment
- Hands-on experience with CFD, spread betting, or investment product development
- Confident using JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro
- Strong understanding of API design , agile practices, and release processes
- Proven ability to collaborate directly with engineering leadership
