Senior/Principal Mixed-Signal Design Engineer – Oxfordshire (Hybrid/Remote Options)

We're partnering with an innovative UK-based technology company known for developing advanced integrated circuits and MEMS solutions across a variety of applications. As they continue to grow their engineering capability, they are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join their team in Swindon.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and development of complex mixed-signal ASICs, from architecture through to silicon delivery. You'll be involved in system-level modelling, block-level design and verification, and act as a technical lead on cutting-edge development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead block-level specification, design, simulation, and documentation
• Contribute to system architecture and modelling
• Guide and mentor a small team of engineers
• Engage with customers to refine technical requirements
• Support activities such as silicon verification, qualification, and test development
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline (postgraduate preferred)
• Extensive experience in analog/digital IC design and verification
• Skilled in VHDL, Verilog, and system-level modelling
• Scripting ability (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
